This program is geared towards low income households. If you qualify, the program pays us either 95% or 60% (depending on your income) of the bill, directly. You only ever need to pay the difference, making it much more attainable for retired individuals, families with many dependents,  etc.

Fortis BC an BC Hydro have teamed up on a rebate. If your home is primarily heated by either one of these companies, you might​ be eligible for up to $900 for your attic or $1200 for other areas. These rebates can be paid as a credit on your account, or a physical check, after the job is completed and paid in full.
